Piano Competition

Lynne was chosen by her piano teacher to participate in a higher level piano competition in Greenville in march.  She did well and her teacher said that "very good" is really really good at this level of competition.

The pieces she played were:

Sonata in E by Martinez

Warrior's Song by Heller

Dance by Bartok

She played on a grand piano on the stage all by herself!  

She was in love!!

She is taking some time off right now, I think school, piano and everything else have been a little much this year.  She isn't especially fond of her piano teachers pushiness!

I told her it's because she thinks Lynne has tons of potential! 
I think she does!

She gets it from her grandma, skipped me!

We'll see what happens in the fall.
