So I told Todd that the garbage can was floating around the yard and he just started laughing. I had to go out and get it and put it on the side of the house that doesn't flood. The water filled the yard and receded probably 5 times that day. Fun?! Hopefully we don't see anymore of this until next year. Funny, we saw more rain with this storm than we did when Hurricane Earl passed by. Go figure!

Also, I smiled knowing EXACTLY the kind of laugh your husband let off when you told him about the garbage can. Maybe I should get you all some Wellies.
